UC Household Stabilization Program

Must be Universal City Residents whose income has been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Proof of residency and other eligibility requirements must be me to qualify for the program. The Household Stabilization program administered through the Greater Randolph Area Service Program (GRASP) and the Randolph Area Christian Assistance Program (RACAP).

Assistance is available for the following:

  • Temporary mortgage and rental assistance
  • Financial assistance for food and fuel
  • Utility assistance for water, electric and internet account

Funding for the Household Stabilization program is provided through the COVID-19 CARES Relief Fund, a Federal program to assist states, counties and cities with COVID-19 expenses and economic recovery.
