Payment Options Utilities
The Utility Department accepts cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
Cash, check, money order and credit card payments may be made at the Water Department window in the Municipal Building between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. When paying in person, credit card holders must be present to sign credit card receipts.
You may now pay your water bill online with your Visa or MasterCard! To set up your account online you will need your account number and the amount of your last payment. After authorization of your payment, you will be given a confirmation number that you should keep for your records. Municipal Online Payments charges a nominal fee for this service.
Located in the front parking lot along the side of the building. Payments will be posted the next business day. NO CASH PLEASE.
Check or money order payments may be sent by mail to: Water Payments, City of Universal City, 2150 Universal City Blvd., Universal City, TX 78148.
Monthly automatic bank draft from your designated checking or savings account. The
Electronic Debit Form is available online or at the Water Department.
If you are paying a delinquent account the payment must be received by the date and time shown on your late notice (no later than 4:30 p.m. The business day before your disconnection is scheduled). If you pay after that deadline you must include an additional $30 fee and contact the water billing department at (210) 659-0333 ext. 711 no later than 4:00 p.m. On business days (Monday-Friday) to restore your water service the same day.
